Hello and welcome to Old Sol Rising, my name is Michelle. Do you ever meet people who you know you have crossed paths with before? Someone who has “an old soul”? I do all the time. Sometimes it’s a stranger, a friend, my children or my deep connection with my husband. I believe in soul contracts. I believe we all were destined to be here in this timeline, surrounded by our soul team.

Ever since I was a little girl, I have always known that I was tuned in and saw the world very different than those around me. I felt the pain of the world and the struggles of others, viscerally. For many years I tried to tamper my light and be small as that is what seemed to be expected of a women. In my early 30s, I started to step into my power, into my femininity. I listen to the universe and connected to my intuition. I’ve always felt the need to help others. After many years, I have found some solutions that have worked for me. Intuitive energy healing

Each healing session begins with a discussion about your intentions for healing treatment.

Where you are currently feeling "dis-ease" in your mind body and spirit. We will do a quick grounding meditation. During a session, you can simply relax as I channel Reiki, it will naturally go where it is needed the most in any given session for healing. I will be quiet while Reiki flows and you relax At the end we will discuss what came up for you.

Space Cleansing

Clearing and blessing spaces using smoke from different herbs is an ancient tradition that has been used by cultures all over the world. I use a mix of Reiki energy and different herbs to clear, cleanse and bless a house, Office or any new venture that you might want to start fresh and clean. Using my pagan roots and belief systems. I do prayers and use different tools to bless and cleanse a space.

One of my deepest passions is bringing people together in a safe, grounded, magical container. I love celebrating milestones, humans and transitions. What ever it maybe, I would love to be a part of it. Anything from full moon circles, mother blessings, group meditation or group Reiki.

The Co-Creation Frequency is a gentle, three-month writing journey for those ready to soften old stories and begin co-creating with what is quietly asking to emerge. Through reflective writing, subtle ritual, and embodied presence, this experience invites you into deeper listening and conscious becoming. There is no forcing here—only attunement, devotion, and the slow remembering of how to live in partnership with yourself and the rhythms of life.

30 Minute Chakra Alignment

Durning the service I will use different techniques including sound, intuitive movements, elemental magic and Reiki to align your 7 main chakras. You come in and we get right to business. Start to finish appointment is 45 mins.

While spiritual in nature, Reiki is not affiliated with any religion, making it accessible to everyone. Reiki doesn't promise to erase life's challenges, it has a beautiful way of lifting the weight off your shoulders, bringing a sense of lightness, peace, and renewed strength.
